Restorative Justice Resources (RJR) is a (501) (c)(3) nonprofit organization offering training, coaching, and consulting. We provide training to school staff, mental health specialists, and people who work with justice-involved individuals.

RJR has trained thousands of teachers and school staff. We are dedicated to supporting schools and communities and meeting you where you are.

The trainings aim to build community and repair relationships while supporting each person to focus on reflection, communication, and problem-solving skills for staff and students. 

Learn an exciting new approach that focuses on repairing harm and rebuilding relationships. Students will understand the impact of their actions, take responsibility, and actively participate in the healing process.
